Angelina Jolie has revealed her cherubic daughter Shiloh is so desperate to be like her brothers that she insists on being called 'John'.
It is no secret the tomboyish four-year-old loves to dress like a boy, but her desire to change her name is new and came as a surprise to Jolie and Brad Pitt.
"I don't think it's for the world to interpret anything," Jolie said in a wide-ranging interview ahead of the release of her new movie The Tourist.
"She likes to dress like a boy and wants her hair cut like a boy and she wanted to be called 'John' for a while...she wants to be like her brothers.
"It's who she is. It's been a surprise to us and it's really interesting, but she's so much more than that - she's funny and sweet and pretty. But she does love a tie."
In the interview with a UK newspaper, Jolie insists she's all natural and plans to stay that way.
"I haven't had anything done and I don't think I will," she said.
And she also credits her family for helping her enjoy her life and career more - her latest movie stars Johnny Depp, so that can't be so hard, right?
"I enjoy the work more now because I enjoy life more," she told the Daily Mail.
"When you have these children the whole world shifts for you. You have these little people that make you laugh and remind you every day of what is important, and you get to be their parent and that's the most important thing you'll ever be. Everything else comes from that."
It must be nice to snuggle up to Brad Pitt every night too.
