If Ben Cousins looks as good on screen as on the field, he could just walk away with a gig to host a local version of The Amazing Race.
The Richmond Tigers player is in line to front the show, which had more than 100,000 people apply in the first week of its announcement.
Cousins is reportedly being considered alongside Luke Jacobz and Tom Williams.
His personable attitude at the recent press conference where he announced his retirement from the AFL apparently impressed television bosses.
They're also said to be impressed with his media work, which includes a regular chat with Hughesy and Kate each week.
Maybe we should get him to host an online Amazing Race between Hughesy and Kate to convince TV bosses of his brilliance for once and for all?
