It was a case of life imitating art for Big Bang Theory co-stars Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki, who have revealed they dated in secret for two years.
The pair broke up on the show and in real life but have managed to continue working together without anyone figuring out their big bang is over in real life.
Cuoco finally broke the silence to a US magazine, revealing how keeping their relationship a secret "took its toll" and eventually led to their break up.
She said never going anywhere together and always denying rumours of a hook up became too much after two years.
As their characters Penny and Leonard broke up on screen, they too bit the dust.
"It was a wonderful relationship but we never spoke a word about it and never went anywhere together," she said.
"We were so protective of ourselves and the show and didn't want anything to ruin that. But that also made it sad too. That's not the kind of relationship I want - I don't want to be hiding.
"We couldn't do anything. It wasn't as fun as we wanted it to be. Everyone was always asking and we deny-deny-denied.
"And I'm like, 'Why am I denying this person I love?' It took a little bit of a toll on me and I think it did for him too. We knew how to keep it deep inside and never bring it on that set, ever."
Cuoco said they were still friends and had "dodged a bullet, dodged a war" by acting professional and not letting the break up affect them on the show.
Wow! Good work keeping that one a secret!
