Gossip Girl co-stars Lively and Badgley called it quits in mid-September but have kept their break up just as quiet as they kept their relationship.
In fact, many people working on the show didn't know they had even split.
"They're professionals. They're still good friends and hang out on the set," an insider claims.
"Nobody on set had any idea. They're just really private."
The pair dated for three years and claimed working together didn't cause any problems.
But it may have been working apart that caused the cracks. Lively has recently been feted by Anna Wintour as a fashion muse and labelled "the Jackie O of her time".
Her new fashion duties have seen her travelling the world to fashion weeks across the globe, which may have contributed to a strain on her relationship.
We'll probably never know, but with Badgley out of her hair, Lively will have more room in her closet for lots more designer dresses.
