Britney Spears is reportedly suffering with psoriasis

We all know that Britney Spears has had a tough time in the past, what with the breakdown and that.

And let’s face it, everyone was a tad concerned about how she would cope being on one of the biggest shows in America, The X Factor. But so far, so good.

According to reports though the pressure on her to perform as a judge has reportedly caused her to break out in a skin condition.

The National Enquirer claims the 30-year-old is suffering from psoriasis.

And on closer inspection it looks like they might be right.

If you look at pictures of her at the X Factor premiere party you can see red patches on her left ankle and right heel. Although it looks like her make-up artist has tried to cover them, they are impossible to miss.

Well, that’s not entirely true because we completely missed them when we first saw the pics at the beginning of September. But still.

A source told the National Enquirer: 'Britney has had the skin condition for a long time, but it only flares up when she's under extreme pressure.

"Now she can't seem to stop scratching and picking at the sores. She has a psoriasis skin cream, but she says it burns, so she stopped using it."
