Charlie Sheen has packed his suitcase - and not his alleged "briefcase of cocaine" - and checked himself into rehab after a 36-hour bender that went wrong.
The Two and a Half Men star checked in to an undisclosed facility in the United States on Saturday after spending a night in hospital suffering a supposed hernia.
The days before being rushed to ER he had been partying up a storm for 36 hours with porn stars and an alleged briefcase of cocaine.
"He is currently in rehab," his manager Mark Burg confirmed to salivating media.
"Charlie knows he has work to do and he is looking forward to regaining his sobriety."
It seems Sheen, with his apparent penchant for allegedly doing acres of drugs and hanging out with harems of hookers, is the model rehab patient.
Burg said every rehab centre in the US wanted a piece of him.
"He was bombarded by every rehab centre in the country looking for his wallet and publicity, and he has been deciding where to go," Burg said.
"With the help of friends and family, he finally agreed to go and went into rehab on Saturday."
In the meantime, Two and a Half Men has been put on hold - hopefully co-star Jon Cryer has been following TMZ so he doesn't mistakenly go to work.
"Charlie hopes to be back at work in the near future but there is no time frame. Regaining his sobriety is what is most important," Burg continued.
