Cher Lloyd praises One Direction

Cher Lloyd has heaped praise on One Direction, saying that she thinks her fellow X Factor contestants have a long career ahead of them.

The 19-year-old "Want U Back" singer told Sugarscape, "I haven't seen them in a long time but when I go out there all my fans are always raving about them, it's great. We're on the same label in the UK and I think the UK artists should stick together.

"The one thing I can say about One Direction is I feel like they're going to have a very long and successful career."

Considering how the boys have been going lately - with their upcoming single, "Live While We're Young", smashing pre-order records around the world - we think Miss Lloyd might be onto something.
