Christina Aguilera hits number one on the Billboard Dance charts
Christina Aguilera has secured a second number one on the Billboard Dance charts from her new album Bionic.
Backing up a number one spot for her first single "Not Myself Tonight", Aguilera has secured a top spot for the second single "You Lost Me" on the US chart.
The remix that topped the charts is the handy work of Grammy Award winning producer Hex Hector who won Best Remixer in 2001 for his radio remix of Spice Girl Melanie C’s “I Turn To You”.
Producer Mac Quayle also worked on Aguilera’s latest chart topper. Quayle’s most notable work is the production for Donna Summa which also earned him a Grammy Award nomination.
Aguilera’s latest delivery Bionic has had mixed reviews from music critics and radio stations globally, but her fans are sticking by the singer and have flooded her official website with support following the news of her dance chart success.
“Christina we know that Bionic didn't go as well as you and your fans thought it would do when it comes to recognition and album sales, remember that you are loved around the world by your hardcore fans,” a fan wrote.
