Just two weeks after giving birth to son Ethan Edward and Dannii Minogue is already on a mission to shed her pregnancy pounds.
The Australia's Got Talent judge has embarked on a healthy eating and exercise regime to get back into shape for her return to television.
She is due back in front of cameras for the UK's The X Factor in two months and doesn't want to look big next to tiny Cheryl Cole.
Each day she exercises and follows a diet high in fresh fruit, vegies, fish and lean meat.
She has banned herself from soft drink and junk food.
"She’s on a serious mission. She’s only put on a couple of stone throughout her pregnancy and doesn’t have much to lose," a source told British magazine Star.
"She has a glass of kale juice every morning when she wakes up, fifteen minutes before every meal she eats an apple, then she has a kale wrap with tuna and a turkey or chicken kale soup for dinner.
"She’s not eating after 6pm and when Ethan sleeps she’s straight on her Power Plate."
