Demi's daughters are not ditching her...Phew!

After numerous health scares, hospital trips and even one to rehab ( all since Demi waved goodbye to her toyboy Ashton) it was rumored that Scout, Rumer and Tallulah were sick of their mothers' constant calls and pestering so they decided to take legal action in order to prevent Demi from contacting them.

But now, according to Us Weekly, all her three girls have been quick to set the record straight- they do need some space away from Demi at the moment, however no one is seeking help from a judge to make this possible!
