Well, we’re assuming that Drew Barrymore is pregnant anyway because she’s been photographed clutching a sonogram outside a doctor's office in LA with her fiancé Will Kopelman - who she got engaged to last year.
Of course she could've just been carrying someone else’s sonogram, or perhaps she’d just found one lying around but let's be honest, that’s unlikely isn’t it?
