Following Fall Out Boy's announcement of an indefinite hiatus, singer Patrick Stump is gearing up to launch his solo career.
Details are this stage are few and far between, but this is what we have: Stump's going solo, and he's announced at least one live show.
Stump will take his solo show to SXSW - the world's biggest music festival - this year, performing on March 19.
Stump is expected to showcase the new material he's currently working on at the industry event. His solo album will be self-written, performed and produced.
Stump's no stranger to going it alone. During his time with Fall Out Boy he accomplished a significant amount of production work, working with artists including Lupe Fiasco, Cobra Starship and Gym Class Heroes.
