Fashionova rates the TOP 10 best dressed from the Golden Globes. Check out the pics below.
- Fergie looking lovely and feminine in purple, a big change to her usual rock chic style.
- Penelope Cruz getting it right in black, which to some is safe but balances the safe colour choice buy being daring with volume and texture. The Armani gown would have been interesting to carry with the LA weather conditions but looks great all the same.
- Sandra Bullock looks vibrant and glamorous in block colour, which really suits her skin tone and hair colour.
- Emily Blunt looking beautiful in pale pink. My only criticism is her foundation colour... Not quite the same tone as her spray tan, but looks stunning and spot on with her style choice.
- January Jones looks amazing with her textured, large shoulder feature. The headband is a spot of difference and the fit of her gown is amazing. She is dressed by Lanvin.
- Maggie Gyllenhaal looks amazing in her palest of pink gown from RM by Roland Mouret and Bulgari jewellery.
- Drew Barrymore wears Atelier Versace and looks so subdued and subtly beautiful. She is no stranger to the red carpet, but the elegance and maturity has sparked in particular over the last few years for me.
- Australian starlet Toni Collette, Golden Globe winner looks amazing and literally sparkles on the red carpet. She is dressed by Elie Saab.
- British actress Carey Mulligan works the red carpet in Nina Ricci. Her choice of royal navy blue looks delicate on her skin and the ruffle finish on the skirt of the dressed is extremely stylish.
- Last but not least, Melissa George works a vintage gown showing fashionistas that her simple yet effective style always works well on the red carpet.
