Black Eyed Peas female powerhouse Fergie and the band's frontman Will.I.Am aren't always on the same page.
Fergie recently told Allure that she and Will.I.Am often had very different opinions.
"There is conflict," she said, when describing their relationship.
"He’s very protective... and it drives me nuts because I do a lot of my best work, writing-wise, when I’m completely alone."
Fergie said one of her priorities this year is spending more time with her hubby.
"I’ve definitely committed some time this year to the Peas, but not as (much as) I have in previous years," she told Allure.
"I need balance in my life, and the guys understand that... I don’t think Will ever wants a break. We’re very different in that way."
