First pictures of Matthew McConaughey’s wedding unVEILed

The couple have sold the images from the big day to People magazine for a no-doubt ludicrous sum, and have also done a bit of talking to the publication about how much they love each other.

Matt and Camila tied-the-knot in front of around 120 people in Texas, where the actor is from. Predictably Camila wore something white and frilly with a veil for the occasion while Matt put on a tux.

‘We decided to embrace the ritual of marriage as an opportunity and adventure we'll take together’ Matt told People.

During the ceremony the pair’s two children – Levi, 3 and Vida, 2 – took pride of place serving as a ring bearer and a flower girl respectively. Speaking about their part in the event, Camila said:

'Somehow they both seem to understand what we are doing on a spiritual level.'

Of, course – why wouldn’t a three-year-old and a two-year-old be able to grasp such things? A source who was at the wedding also reveals that when it came to saying their vows, oddly the couple decided to whisper them into each other's ears. 

'No one knew what they said’ said the source. ‘Whatever they said was very emotional. [Camila] was tearing up.'

He probably told her she looked fat.
