2 weeks into the 12 week challenge, I’m honestly loving it!
I managed to do myself a mischief on day one unfortunately – I forgot I hadn’t been inside a Gym for many months and tore my lower abdominals.
It’s prevented me from doing anything involving my abs including push-ups and chin-ups, so the fact that I’ve already dropped 3kgs is pretty sweet, given that I’m semi-disabled!
I’ve got 7kgs to reach my goal and 10 weeks to do it so I should be able to smash it!
The diet side of things is quite interesting, I’ve never eaten so much in my life! I’m having 6 small meals a day, which seems ridiculous but it’s really showing results.
I’ve been almost perfect on my diet (except the odd vodka and water on a Friday night!) it’s amazing how little my steaks have to be, only 100gms, they look more like nuggets!
I’m training 5 days a week with Michelle at Goodlife, I made the mistake of saying on air that she wasn’t pushing me that hard, ever since then she’s dead-set kicked my ass!
I’m a pretty competitive bloke, and I love a punt, if I could put money on this, I would back myself to win it!
