The four-date tour is happening around the same day as the Meredith Music Festival, and rumours are flying about the musician's possible inclusion on that line up.
The "Somebody That I Used To Know" singer will bring his ten-piece band on the tour, which comes after an enormous year of traveling the world.

Despite losing his place at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 to Carly Rae Jepsen, Gotye’s eight consecutive weeks at #1 for ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’ equals the Bee Gees' ‘Stayin' Alive’. The single has topped the charts in 31 countries, with sales fast approaching 10 million worldwide.
Tickets are on sale to the general public at 9am on Wednesday June 27.
