Star of The X Factor, Johnny Ruffo, and Nathan Joliffe from Celebrity Apprentice Australia came in second and third place, respectively.
"It was a surprise and it was such an amazing contingency of guys up there [on stage]. It was truly an honour to be named the 25th-year CLEO Bachelor of the Year," Quinn told AAP following his victory.
Quinn was chosen out of 50 bachelors after 1.9 million votes were cast by the public.
Quinn walks away with a $10,000 cash prize.
