Heidi Klum breaks her silence on split from Seal…

Come on, we were all a little shocked when Heidi Klum and Seal split up, weren’t we?  

Seal spoke about it all straight away however Heidi has been biding her time; she’s just chosen to open up about in the latest issue of Elle. 

She said: “I feel like I'm in the eye of the tornado. It's emotions inside of your body that are a tornado. And then the outside world doing all this craziness -- with you wanting it or not wanting it -- is another tornado. 

“But as hard as it is, so is life. And sometimes I think a curve-ball just comes at you. Instead of something straight that you catch, it hits you in the head from the side that you didn't expect." 

Wow, she likes her metaphors and similes, doesn’t she? She then goes on to shatter our image of their marriage, which we assumed was perfect and talks about how she feels about Seal being rather loose lipped about the whole matter.  She continues:  

“He's a grown man. I can't tell him what to do and what not to do. It's hard. 

“People don't need to know who did what. I don't want to talk positively or negatively about the ups and downs that we had.  

“Every couple goes through things. Unfortunately, we're in the public, so the highs are out there.” 

And then she chucks in anther metaphor for good measure: “I'm a lioness. I have four cubs. I'm a mom. I want to take care of my kids and protect them. I don't want to talk about them, or him, or me.”  

Funny that, you’ve just been talking about it yourself although, to be fair, she has spoken about the situation in general rather than being specific so she has managed to retain some privacy.   

And we suppose that’s that then for what once seemed like the most stable couple ever (well in celeb terms).
