Heidi Montag tries not to think about the body she altered with a record 10 plastic surgeries because she still feels depressed about it.
The former reality television star showed up at a Las Vegas Halloween party last night dressed as herself in a gold mini dress with husband Spencer Pratt in tow.
The couple have reunited since filing for divorce earlier this year and Pratt is back to his clean-shaven less crazy self.
Montag said they were enjoying newlywed status once again.
"I'm enjoying our relationship. I had so much going on before, I didn't have a chance to enjoy being a newlywed," she said.
One thing she isn't enjoying though is the focus on her looks. She's admitted she feels trapped in her body after her plastic surgeries last year.
"Ups and downs," she said when asked about how she was feeling now.
"I'm good. I'm just trying to focus on other things, not focus so much on my body."
