Katy Perry and Russell Brand have escaped to the Maldives for their honeymoon, but not before posting a plea on Twitter for privacy.
The couple were married in a tiger reserve in India on Saturday, in a ceremony that could be subject to an investigation for breaking local laws.
Chief minister for the State of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot believes noise laws may have been broken by the wedding party on the sacred land where the ceremony was held.
"An inquiry into the debacle has been ordered by the state government and, should further questioning be required, they could possibly detain Brand, Perry, the wedding guests and organisers of the event," E Online! claims.
But the couple don't seem too worried, jetting out for a romantic getaway to the Maldives.
Before the wedding though, Perry tweeted requesting privacy: "TWIT BREAK: Greatest gift u can give us is respect & love during this private X. No use wasting ur X w/STOLEN or FALSE info. Thanku for this."
