Are y'all ready?
Top ten tips for surviving a weekend with Katherine Ellis (by Katherine Ellis' PA, Stewart):
An L.S.A (Long Suffering Assistant). Don't leave home without one! 02: Sushi - no Diva should be left to go hungry or you'll feel the back of her hand! Feel that?
Dom Perignon Champagne - an essential requirement for all Divas!
A very big bag - ideal for putting Katherine's handbag and other belongings into while she's on stage.
Room temperature water - every Diva knows how important this is prior to and during a performance. Promoters, be warned!
An iPhone (mine, not Katherine's!) - essential for staying in touch on the road and for Googling questions posed by The Diva
A neck pillow & sleep mask - definitely not glamourous but and essential piece of kit for any Diva on long flights!
A mirror & costume adjustments - it is a must to have a mirror handy for last minute make-up applications as well as assisting with costume malfunctions at a moments notice. Remember your shoelace, Katherine?
Humour - a weekend working is always hard work, which is why it is and essential to laugh and joke about things you experience. The ice slide in Krasnoyarsk for example!
A thick skin - it is important to remember that Katherine is a professional performer and that while she is preparing to go on stage she will either sit in silence or give short responses!
