Alright we need some help here in breaking down some social media ettiquette.
Hughesy and Kate's anchor, Daniel Gawned, ran into Valentina Novakovic over the weekend. You may know Valentina as Natasha Williams from a little show called Neighbours, it's the one set on Ramsay Street. Anyhow, they got into a conversation about Instagram and ended up swapping Instagram usernames and following each other. All good right and 21st century? Well this is where the story gets interesting.
Yesterday morning Dan was showing Hughesy what Instagram was, how to use it and the celebs he follows on it. He thought that Hugesy being such a Twitter man, he should jump on Instagram too. Well Hughesy took control of Dan's phone, had a poke through Instagram and ened up accidentally liking a photo of Valentina who Dan had just added. A really really old photo from like 4 weeks ago (that is the one above where she about to hit The Logies, on the right). When Dan eventually realised what Hugesy had done, he found himself in a dilemma - Should he just leave the photo 'liked' even though it was really old and made it look like he had been trawling through all her photos e-stalking her? Or would it be even more awkward if he 'un-liked' the photo after she had already seen that he 'liked' it? Should Dan have been looking through all her old flicks anyway?
We need help in breaking down the rules of internet liking. Help!
