John Mayer has unveiled the artwork for his upcoming album, Born and Raised, and announced that it will be released May 22.
The songwriter’s fifth album will be released through Columbia Records and was self-produced, along with Don Was (Rolling Stones, Bonnie Raitt).
Legends David Crosby and Graham Nash guest on the album’s title track, which is reprised at the record’s end.

“Shadow Days” has already hit the internet – Mayer posted a snippet on his Tumblr last month, and a full version has since surfaced.
