Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis finally admit they have split

Well actually it was last month.

But the couple has finally admitted that they have separated.

The parents to two children, Lily-Rose, 13, and 10-year-old Jack have requested that no one try to pry anymore information from them. So stick this in your pipe and smoke it.

A statement from their representatives read: "Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have amicably separated. Please respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children."

Got it.

While he was at the London premiere for his new Tim Burton directed film Dark Shadows, Johnny was quizzed by a reporter about the subject.

He replied: “No way. The rumours are not true. They are absolutely not true.”

He sighed and went onto say: “No matter what I say about this, people believe the opposite. I can’t say enough about it not being over.”

Fibbing much?
