Justin Bieber made little Avalanna Routh's dreams come true when he hung out with her for an afternoon.
The six-year-old has a rare form of brain cancer, with which she was diagnosed at only eight months old, and one of her wishes was to meet the teen idol.
That wish was granted when an internet campaign was launched by family and friends, reaching out to the Biebs. His manager, Scooter Braun, took notice when he heard about it through a friend.
He called Avalanna's mum and arranged the meeting, which happened just three days after they spoke. The little girl and her family flew out to New York and hung out with Justin for an afternoon in his hotel room, eating lollies and playing games.
Biebs tweeted, "BEST PART OF MY DAY" along with this photo of him giving Avalanna a kiss. He also tagged some of the tweets with #MrsBieber, which has been picked up by plenty of Beliebers worldwide.
Say what you want about him, but the dude has a good heart, reaching out to a sick little girl like this. We approve, Justin.
