Justin Bieber's gaining quite a party boy rep in LA

But already Justin Bieber has other celebrities complaining about his wild ways.

Actress Kristen Bell and her fiance Dax Shepard describe life living next to him as a whirl of "music, parties and paparazzi".

The 18-year-old musician has rented a home near in Los Angeles and the pair have slammed him for disrupting their once peaceful lives.

In fact funnyman Dax said: “It's like living in Lebanon now."

Erm… the Hills? Not quite.

However, Kristen tried to smooth things over by acknowledging they couldn't prove Justin was the root of the problem.

She said: "In his defence, I will say we don't know the exact house the music is coming from. We just know since he moved in, the music has been blaring."

Let’s remind ourselves that Justin recently boasted about being all growed up in a rather cringe-worthy way.

He said: "I am a man now. I've become more mature and a whole lot more grown up. I am an adult now, and that gives me more freedom. I don't have to listen to what my parents tell me anymore.”
