Justin Timberlake selling $7.65 million bachelor pad

Ahead of his impending marriage to Jessica Biel, Justin Timberlake is preparing to sell off his New York bachelor pad for $7.65 million.

The smooth singer purchased the Soho home in 2010 for $6.56 million.

It boasts three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a fireplace and a terrace, and the penthouse is now up for sale as he prepares to tie the knot and settle down.

The couple is expected to marry this year, though some reports previously (and, it turns out, incorrectly) suggested that they may already have done so in secret.
