Only a few moments before show time at the Video Music Awards Kanye has been hitting his Twitter.
But it wasn't another apology to Taylor Swift tonight for interrupting the country singer's award acceptance speech during 2009's VMA's.
“It’s funny. I can’t believe it’s been a whole year,” West wrote of his return. “But can’t believe all that’s happened within this year at the same time. Each piece of the performance tonight is slowing falling into place… I get so excited to do new things… new energy. I can feel the positive energy.”
But in a heart-felt moment Kanye rejoiced despite the fact that his number one fan wouldn't be able to attend tonight.
“I wish my mom was here,” Kanye wrote. “But I know she’s looking down. I want to make her so happy today.”
Then he got all spiritual: “GOD is working,” he tweeted. “I feel so blessed on this day,” he wrote.
Hopefully he makes a scene again so we can enjoy his remorse for another year.
