Failing to endorse a kredit kard that charged a ridiculous range of fees could prove to be costly for the Kardashians, who are being sued for $75 million.
Even though their MasterCard-branded credit card was cancelled because of its "outrageous" fees, sisters Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and mum Kris are facing legal proceedings over failing to endorse it.
They're being sued by the Revenue Resource Group for breach of contract after pulling out of promotional duties relating to the launch of the card.
Just weeks after its launch the card was subject to some pretty damaging press, with the Attorney General of Connecticut opening an investigation into it.
Although the Kardashian's lawyer said the bad press threatened "everything they've worked for", RRG are still suing.
"The company waited a month to file hoping this would work out," RRG head attorney Scott Rudd told E!News.
"They didn't want to sue." But Rudd said the terminated two-year deal and bad press had "effectively put this company out of business".
That's got to suck - getting sued over a credit card you didn't even run up a debt on.
