Katie Holmes is getting ready to play dirty with Tom Cruise (but not like that)

Katie is said to be doing “whatever it takes” to win sole custody, including attempting to prove her primary residence is in New York so that her divorce hearing can be heard there and not in LA because in California the courts tend to favour joint custody.

Reports emerged last night that Holmes had applied for an emergency custody, order however in a statement her lawyer denied this saying:

'Other than her action for divorce, the only pending application filed by Ms Holmes remains her request for an anonymous caption’

By anonymous caption he is of course referring to the fact that she wants her papers to be filed anonymously.

Meanwhile Katie spoke out for the first time since her split this week (aside from her formal statement that is) to say: “I’m all right, thank you.”
