Katy Perry clarifies "disgusting" comments

Katy Perry has taken to the internet to clarify the intentions behind a recent quote that she said was taken out of context.

Perry was quoted as saying in an interview with Teen Vogue, "'I’m tired of being famous already! But I’m not tired of creating. Fame is, I think, just a disgusting by-product of what I do."

She took to Twitter to clarify the quote:
