Putting out a call to her fans, Katy Perry wanted them to ask her the one question they most wanted answered. Users were then encouraged to vote on the questions they'd like to hear answers to.
Over 20 000 questions were put forward with over 400 000 votes cast, and the result is a 30-minute interview between Katy Perry and YouTube which reveals some interesting tidbits about the singer.
Revelations Katy Perry made during the chat include: - Her boobs are real ("Just wanted to cover all that."); - Her hit single "I Kissed A Girl" stems from her actually kissing girls ("I don't think I could be, you know, shouting it from the rooftops hundreds of thousands of times and not be like 'Hmm, what does it actually taste like?' and sometimes it's not like cherry chapstick."); - Megan Fox used to be her ideal girl pash, but now she's married, Katy Perry has moved onto Natalie Portman ("She's hot and smart, right?"); - She would like to have Britney Spears' teeth ("I brush my teeth all the time. I wanted them to be, like, Britney Spears white."); - She thinks fiance Russell Brand will be a good dad ("When you're picking a partner, one of the things to keep in mind is 'Will he be a good baby daddy?' and he'll be perfect."); - She won't have Oompa Loompas painted on her nails when she gets married ("I think for my wedding I'll do what is called 'wedding nails,' where it's traditional and pretty."); - She thinks the "California Gurls" parody videos are amazing ("They are on it... The geniuses of all this.").
- The video clip for "Teenage Dream" will be the opposite of "California Gurls" ("You'll see a very raw, almost vulnerable [Katy Perry]... I'm nervous. I had to make out with a boy.");
