When Kelly Osbourne dumped fiance Luke Worrall last year it was because he was having an affair - with a girl who was born a boy and still had man bits.
Osbourne had publicly declared her love for her look-a-like beau before dumping him in July for sleeping with Elle Schneider.
But what we didn't know back then was that Elle, 21, was born a boy and is a pre-op transsexual. She's had hormone replacement therapy and a boob job and is awaiting the big chop.
And apparently pre-op is just how Luke liked it.
"I was open with Luke that I was a boy. He didn't mind - in fact, it turned him on more," Elle told a British newspaper this week.
"He always insisted to me he was single and I had no idea he was engaged to Kelly Osbourne."
Worrall met Elle in a nightclub around a year ago. She claims he was talking marriage and love with her, while also feeding Osbourne the same lies.
Upon learning of the deceit, Osbourne tweeted last month: "Luke Worrall is the biggest piece of sh*t.
"He is the worst thing that ever happened to me...I have never felt heartbreak like this in my life. I only came home for Xmas to see him meanwhile he has been f*cking hundreds of girls as well as men behind my back."
Meanwhile, Kelly has hinted she's got a secret new man who presumably isn't confused about his sexuality.
