The Killers will rest their instruments when their Aussie tour in february wraps up.
Guitarist Dave Keuning revealed the band can't wait to get off the road, go their separate ways and live a normal life for a while. He told Associated Press, "I'm not sure if people are aware of it but these are probably our last shows for a while. Unless some surprise thing comes up... We're having a break.
"We haven't had a break in quite a while. It's just been touring and making records and on and on and on. It's been like six years just kind of connected together. We just want a little bit of time off, just to be myself and do what I want to do for a little bit."
So if you're a Killers fan, don't miss their Australian shows. As exclusive headliners for the Good Vibrations festival, they're sharing the bill with Basement Jaxx, Armand Van Helden, Gossip, Busta Rhymes, Friendly Fires, Salt-N-Pepa, Z-Trip, Kid Cudi, Naughty By Nature, Plump DJs, Gym Class Heroes, Chase and Status and Dave Seaman.
