Kim Kardashian ended up bloody and battered during her 30th birthday celebration in Las Vegas when partying got out of control.
The reality television star who rarely drinks was downing white russians when she tripped on her new pair of Louboutins and speared herself in the ankle.
"It literally stabbed me. I started bleeding. It's pretty bad," she said.
Kim was celebrating the milestone at Vegas club Tao with sisters Khloe and Kourtney as well as celebrity mates Kelly Rowland and Perez Hilton.
And although she was on the booze, it was her sister Khloe who got out of hand.
"Omg. Khloe Kardashian is attacking me!!" she Tweeted with a photo of Kim on the ground and Khloe on top of her.
It is not known why the two decided to wrestle on the ground, but the boys in the crowd no doubt enjoyed it.
As for enjoying more nude photo spreads of Kim, who this month appears naked on the cover of W magazine, she said she's too old for that now.
"I don't know (if I'll pose nude again). I'm too old for that now. I wanted to get it all out of my system before I turned 30," she said.
With another birthday bash planned for next weekend, we reckon Kim should wear protective body armour considering the amount of bar brawls she's been in lately.
