How does Kim Kardashian look so fresh all the time? With the help of her trusty plastic surgeon of course.
In the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim visits a plastic surgeon to get multiple botox injections around her eyes.
The 29-year-old tells the doctor and sister Khloe - along for moral support - that "all her friends do it" and that she wants to look younger.
Khloe is pretty sceptical, particularly when Kim declines the numbing cream before having at least four syringes injected into her face.
"I think I can handle it. I have a really high tolerance for pain," Kim tells the doctor.
Khloe isn't so supportive though: "This is disgusting. I hate needles! You're so stupid."
Kim isn't too impressed with her attitude: "I don't even know why I brought Khloe along with me. I mean, she's just making all this noise and she's freaked out about the needles, and I just want her to shut up and be supportive."
So there you have it - Kim's face is about as real as Hollywood is natural.
