Despite constantly talking of her regret for posing naked for Playboy, Kim Kardashian has peeled of her clothes again - this time for W magazine.
The reality television star appears on the mag's "art issue" cover wearing nothing but a few strategically placed headlines.
It's full frontal for the star - physically and emotionally - as she also opens up to talk about her first marriage in an interview inside.
Kardashian married music producer Damon Thomas in 2000 but divorced him in 2004 amid allegations he beat her.
"For my wedding I wore black leather pants, a black leather top, and Prada wedges," she said.
"No flowers. And no family. It was so bizarre. I was a different person then. I always wanted to be a housewife, and I wanted to have kids at a young age.
"I was insecure and dependent, really the opposite of who I am today."
She said she has made peace with not being skinny and with the constant tabloid invasion and speculation on her made-for-cameras life.
"I've learned to ignore everything. In the beginning I thought I was too sensitive for this. I'd Google myself and it would freak me out. Now I could care less if they say I'm pregnant with twins by my brother," she said.
Cool. Guess we'll see that headline in Famous next week then?
