Kylie Minogue struggled with success at the beginning of her career because she felt "guilty" about overshadowing sister Dannii.
The siblings both started careers on TV in the 80s but acted in rival soap operas before their music careers. Sure, Dannii Minogue went on to have her own successful pop career, but it was Kylie who became an international sensation - outstripping her sibling's records sales by millions.
Dannii has been lucky enough to get a shot at some resurgence since becoming a judge on Australia's Got Talent and the UK's X Factor and Kylie now says she knew her sister would eventually get some recognition.
But Kylie has also told X Magazine it was tough to compete with her family in the same industry. "I would feel quite guilty sometimes although there was no reason to feel that," she said. "And I know the last thing she would ever want me to feel is bad. We’ve discussed all that and it’s all good. I always knew her time would come. I’m stoked for her."
