Kylie Minogue's set to arrange a major charity concert
Aussie pop princess Kylie Minogue is set to arrange a charity concert next year which will feature big names like Elton John, the Scissor Sisters and Robbie Williams.
Minogue told the Sunday Mirror the concert would mark the fifth anniversary of her beating breast cancer featuring.
"Early next year it will be my five years all-clear and I would like to do something to mark that – something like a benefit concert. We are going to try and arrange something with my professor in Paris," she said.
Kylie was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005. It's believed cancer screenings jumped by a third in the UK after the news spread.
“I know a lot of women went for screenings after my announcement. And a lot of people came up to me and said I saved them. Of course I didn’t – but it made them go and get checked,” Minogue said.
