Lindsay Lohan is back on the streets of Los Angeles after a three month stay in rehab - and she's quoting Mahatma Gandhi.
The often troubled starlet finished up her court-ordered stint at the Betty Ford Clinic today, and celebrated by moving her stuff out of the apartment where all her old indiscretions went down.
Yep, the formerly drug addicted actress ordered a moving van to get her out of her old digs and into a new pad at Venice Beach.
But that isn't the only way she has celebrated freedom - she signalled her potential new outlook on life by Tweeting Gandhi quotes before her release from her fifth rehab stay.
"Today is the first day of the rest of my life," she Tweeted on Saturday.
"'The future depends on what we do in the present' - Mahatma Gandhi... One step at a time."
Lohan was considering spending the rest of the week in rehab, taking voluntary classes, but RadarOnline confirmed her release.
Hopefully 2011 will be a little less memorable for Lilo, who can look back on 2010 and say her dog ate her passport, she was sent to jail numerous times, she spent tons of time in rehab, became addicted to Twitter and made most of her money by selling photos of herself to tabloids.
