Lindsay Lohan will be treated for a meth addiction and bipolar disorder in rehab as soon as she is released from jail - probably today.
The troubled actress must check into Morningside Recovery in Orange County within 24 hours of being released from jail for three months of treatment.
She is hoping to spend time with her family before undergoing treatment for meth, which TMZ reports along with opiates were her "drugs of choice".
Meth is also known as Crystal Meth and is highly addictive but used to treat ADHD in the US, which Lindsay claims to suffer from.
Her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has denied Lindsay will be treated for the drug.
Morningside is a specialist recovery centre for meth addicts, but was not originally on the list of recommended facilities given to the judge.
Judge Marsha Revel took the advice of the probation officer who favoured the centre over the advice of court-ordered psychiatrists who evaluated Lilo.
Lindsay's release from jail, where her mum has complained she doesn't have a pillow to sleep on, is imminent.
It is believed she will be released sometime today.
"Ms. Lohan can be released any time after August 1," Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore previously said.
But with August 1 almost over in the USA, Lohan still hasn't emerged.
What could be holding her up?
