Lindsay Lohan doesn't have a great driving record, but eyewitnesses have come to her rescue labelling claims she hit a pram as bogus.
Dishonest photographers who tried sell a video of the alleged incident have been branded money hungry because it apparently didn't happen.
The photographers claim Lindsay hit the pram as she was leaving her home, causing three wheels to leave the road and then fleeing.
But eyewitnesses have confirmed Lindsay was heading through a green light when she slightly tapped the pram and stopped to check everything was alright.
She was told everything was good and took off again.
Tellingly no police report was filed.
Poor Lilo! You know life isn't so great when people seem to thrown prams in front of your car to try to get you back in jail.
