Lindsay Lohan is banned from drugs and booze and must wear a bracelet to make sure she stays sober, or she could be off to jail.
The troubled Herbie star was on the receiving end of a range of strict conditions imposed by Judge Marsha Revel today after Lindsay missed her initial court appearance last week, claiming her passport was stolen while at the Cannes Film Festival.
She now has to wear a SCRAM bracelet, which monitors alcohol intake, submit to random drug testing, attend an alcohol education class once a week and refrain from boozing.
Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley tried to get her out of having to wear the bracelet, claiming it would interfere with an upcoming movie role.
The judge quickly shut down that argument, threatening to state out loud all the reasons why the conditions were appropriate.
Lindsay must obey the conditions to remain free on bail. A hearing has been set for July 6 when the judge will determine if Lindsay has violated her probation.
Meanwhile Lindsay has told reporters she can't see why she should face jail because she has complied with court orders.
And as for that cocaine photo at Cannes, she claims she was pulled into the room by fans and that she "wouldn't know what was in the room".
