Lindsay Lohan has been warned her addiction to fake tan could land her in court - and not for crimes against skintone.
A chemical in fake tan solution could trigger her mandatory booze bracelet and land her back in front of judge Marsha Revel.
But Lindsay doesn't seem to care. TMZ report she still has a spray tan every week and sometimes twice a week.
We've seen some bad tans in our time, but this would be the first time one has landed someone in court!
Worse still are reports that the SCRAM is sending Lindsay bonkers, rubbing into her skin and irritating her.
"She's made life hell for the people around her, since she is in pretty bad pain," a friend told the website.
Lindsay turns 24 on July 2 so stay tuned for a possible booze bust!
