As yet another Mel Gibson tape hit the airwaves today, the actor's lawyers claimed they have proof the tapes were doctored.
If Gibson's lawyers can prove the tapes have been edited they may be inadmissable in court.
The Hollywood star is currently being investigated for child endangerment, assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence.
He is in court today with former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, whose lawyers are seeking to strip him of access to their daughter Lucia.
Oksana's laywers want to use the tapes as evidence to prove Mel should not be around the child, but the tapes will need to be authenticated to be admissable.
Meanwhile, in his fifth released phone rant to his baby mama, Gibson claims he spent more than $5 million on her and she has sent him broke.
He claims he has had to sell paintings and his LA Lakers box because he is so broke.
"I don’t have any f*cking money! I have to support you and everybody else!" he says on the tape.
"I spent too much goddamn money on you! And my wife knows! It’s you!"
