As Mel Gibson's sixth phone rant hit the airwaves today, it was revealed all the rants could be inadmissable in court because of some dodgy text messages.
If Mel's legal team can prove his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva taped the conversations to get money out of him, she'll be in lots of trouble.
In California a phone conversation taped without the other person's consent can only be admitted into court if the victim believed the conversation relates to a felony or violence.
With Mel threatening to bury Oksana in the rose garden and burn her house down, it would seem the violence defence is all good.
But apparently Oksana sent Mel some text messages in which she states she recorded the coversations because Mel didn't keep his end of the bargain to support her.
Mel's called her a gold digger before and it seems her apparently greedy ways could finish off her attempts to have the crazed actor banned from seeing their daughter.
It has also emerged she turned down a $15 million settlement to stay quiet.
Meanwhile, RadarOnline has reported that during the fight in which Oksana's teeth were allegedly broken by Mel, he threatened to commit murder suicide.
According to the website, Oksana told cops Mel punched her twice in the head, choked her while she was holding their baby, pulled out a gun and threatened to kill the baby, Oksana, her son Sasha who was in the room and himself.
She ran from the house barefoot.
On the latest phone rant Gibson continues to abuse Grigorieva, accusing her of sucking his bank accounts dry. He does compliment her oral action though...
