Just two days after Lindsay Lohan posed for her third mugshot, her dad Michael Lohan was having one taken too.
The fame loving dad has been charged with attacking his fiancee Kate Major, after she alleged he kicked her in the face.
Michael has denied the charges, claiming Major was "heavily intoxicated" at the time of the supposed altercation.
He was charged with second degree harassment after Major complained of suffering "minor swelling on her lip" when he threw her off a chair as she slept.
"He walked over to me, took his shoe off and kicked me in my face while I was still on the ground," Major has alleged in a police report.
"He stood over me and said, 'I'm going to go back to jail 'cause of you, 'cause I will kill you'."
The altercation supposedly happened the day before Michael fronted up at court to see Lindsay go to jail.
"Michael Lohan 100 per cent denies each and every one of Kate Major's allegations," his lawyer Lisa Bloom said.
Michael proposed to Major in April. She is a former tabloid reporter best known for once dating US reality television star Jon Gosselin.
Meanwhile, it has been reported Lindsay's sentence could be downgraded again from 14 days to nine because of good behaviour and time served already - she served 84 minutes in 2007.
