Brangelina Splitsville? Don't Think So!
The rumours are still doing the rounds about a possible Brangelina split, but there's been no confirmation. Sources close to the family are saying they're still together and their reps aren't commenting. That's despite reports Brad and Ange signed papers last month clearing the way for a split.
TDU Success
Cycling bosses are glowing, local business are cashed up with visitor dollars and our Pollies couldn't be happer. A record crowd of 762,000 people watched this year's Tour Down Under, over 1500 up on last year. And next year's event could be even bigger, with TDU officials working overtime to get the Schlek brothers, Andy and Frank, here to Adelaide next year.
How is THAT un-Australian?
Libs leader Tony Abbott's taken out an award that he probably didn't want to win. Zoo Magazine's given him un-Australian of the Year for that photo where he was sporting the Budgie Smugglers. But Kevin Rudd copped some flak too, scoring a mention for making the world think we say fair shake of the sauce bottle.
4-day Weekend!
Aussie workplaces are probably going to be ghost towns today. With Australia Day falling tomorrow, half a million Aussies are set to ditch work to make it a 4 day long weekend. And that's tipped to cost our economy more than 250-million bucks.
