A heads up if you've been enjoying the last three years without tele-marketers calling every 10 minutes. Registration on Canberra's Do Not Call register actually expires after three years. And while millions of us signed up when it launched on May 2007, if we don't re-register, it'll be open slater for annoying calls.
Crayfish Rescue
Two guys have been plucked from the sea off Victor Harbor after their dinghy overturned last night. They were checking crayfuish pots when they got into trouble and called Marine Rescue. Crews found the 72 and 60 year olds in the water after about 20 minutes and took them to hospital.
My School Dramas
There's some major dramas with the new My School website on the first morning of its launch. The controversial site which lets you compare schools across the country went live at midnight, but there's serious teething issues. Some people can't even get onto the site, and a lot of those who do are having trouble with the search engine.
Apple iPad
You'll be able to get your hands on Apple's newest piece of technology in about 2 months time. The new iPad was unveiled this morning. It's a 10 inch flat tablet computer with a touch screen like the iPhone. As for the price? They start at about $600 plus data, and Apple will start shipping in March.
